Event Ticket Sales

1. Ticket Purchase

All payments are securely processed by third-party providers and payment gateways. We do not store or process payment card information ourselves, and payment security is the responsibility of these providers.

2. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person. You may give away or resell your ticket(s) but at no more than the original purchase price.

If a ticket is transferred, the name on the ticket must be updated before entry, as we operate a name list at the door. A valid QR code ticket may also be required for scanning at entry.

Failure to update ticket details may result in delays or refusal of entry.

3. Entry and Age Policy

We take pride in offering all-ages events, please note: Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) and the accompanying adult remains responsible for the minor at all times while attending the event.

4. Alcohol Policy

If alcohol is available at the event:

  • No alcohol will be served to anyone under 18.
    Anyone who appears under 21 may be asked to provide valid ID.
  • Under-18s are not permitted to drink alcohol anywhere on the premises.
  • Alcohol purchased is not permitted to leave the premises

Please drink responsibly.

5. Behaviour and Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour, harassment, or negative attitudes. We aim to maintain a friendly, welcoming environment for everyone.

If a situation cannot be resolved, any person involved may be asked to leave the event without refund.

6. Respect for Venue and Property

The premises, event equipment, and the belongings of other attendees must be treated with respect at all times.

Any accidents or breakages (especially glass) should be reported immediately to a member of staff.

Attendees may be held responsible for damage caused to the venue or other property.

7. Welfare and Safety

A first aid kit will be available at the bar or with event staff.

We encourage attendees to look out for one another, especially younger guests at all age events.

8. Respect for the Local Area

Please respect the premises, its surroundings, and the people who live nearby.

We ask all attendees to arrive peacefully and leave happily, keeping noise to a reasonable level.

Please do not litter. Use the bins or take it home with you.

We aim to leave premises and surrounding area cleaner than before – please help!

Be polite, respectful, and considerate to neighbours, other attendees, staff, and volunteers at all times.

9. Parking and Road Safety

Parking is often limited. If possible, please consider walking or sharing lifts with others attending the event.

If parking nearby, please ensure you park legally, safely, and with consideration for local residents.

Do not block driveways, access points, or emergency routes.

Please drive slowly and carefully around the venue and surrounding roads, and remain aware that small children may be present at all-ages events

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

10. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued where and when possible. However, we reserve the right to cover essential event costs first, these may include any payments prepaid payments to the premises, performers or suppliers – We will always do our best to provide full refunds wherever possible.

11. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Make changes to the event schedule
  • Change performers or activities if necessary
  • Adjust timings where required
  • Postpone if necessary, especially for safety reasons including bad weather!

Such changes will not normally qualify for refunds.

12. Entry Refusal

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

  • Appears intoxicated
  • Behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner
  • Fails to follow venue or event rules
  • Is breaking the law in anyway

No refund will be provided in these cases.

13. Personal Responsibility

Attendees enter and participate in the event at their own risk. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Personal injury
  • Lost or stolen belongings
  • Damage to personal property

14. Photography and Media

Photos or video may be taken during the event for promotional or community purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in general event photography.

15. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
